Lashtastic Lounge began from a desire to create a space for women to express their feminine side fully and unapologetically. Modern day women are tasked with so much from being the center of home life to providing for their families in emotional, spiritual and often financial needs, and on top of all of that - we’re supposed to also exude femininity.
Owner and Founder Victoria Parrish found this to be overwhelming as she navigated life as a new working mom. She took it as a personal challenge to create a space for any woman to express her femininity easily and effortlessly. Victoria herself experienced that transformation through investing in self care and fell in love with how lash and skin treatments not only helped her confidence in her physical beauty - but also how it transformed how feminine she felt internally.
The mission of Lashtastic Lounge is simple - we bring the inner beauty that each woman who walks through the Lashtastic doors embodies to their own awareness. Each woman is unique in how her beauty is expressed, and the results driven services provided here at Lashtastic Lounge allow each and every single woman to UNLEASH her own unique femininity.

All of our service providers are State Licensed Estheticians. Each team member undergoes an Elite 90 Day onboarding Training. With 100 Hours of hands on training before they work on clients.
High-Quality Products
Many people underestimate the effect high-quality products have in this field.We do not cut ends by using inexpensive supplies. We guarantee that all lashes are made of sterilized PBT material and all adhesives are EU approved for health standards. The pigments used in micro-blading are steriziled and pass the resAP regulations.

We understand that beauty isn't just skin deep; it's about feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin. Our services are designed to accentuate your natural beauty and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a two-day grace period after the lash application during which you can let us know if you're unhappy and receive a complimentary 30-minute touch-up. The free touch-up must be used within four days of the initial application.

Our Community Engagement-
Giving back to our community is at the heart of who we are at Lashtastic Lounge. We take pride in our commitment to community engagement and strive to make a meaningful impact through our actions.
One of our signature initiatives is “Unleashing Your Feminine,” hosted in partnership with Divine Drops (501c) and Dr. Banga of My Brown Blossom. This event focuses on supporting period poverty locally and nationally by providing sustainable menstrual products and education. In 2023, we distributed 100 Dignity Kits across four locations, raising $8,386.33 to support menstrual equity and advocacy for girls. In 2024, we expanded our reach, delivering 400 Dignity Kits to over seven foster care locations, providing training resources, and hosting Period Parties to educate and empower young girls, raising $11,500 to further our mission.
We also host annual community drives that encourage our clients to participate by donating essential items, rewarding them with either a free service or a discount. Our drives include:
- Back-to-School Drive: Collecting school supplies and providing clothing for children through the local YMCA.
- Food Drive: Partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank to collect canned goods for Q4.
- Women’s Shelter Drive: Gathering hygiene, makeup, and baby items for local safe houses.
In addition, we proudly support The Invictus Project, hosting their annual banquet to aid in the fight against child sexual exploitation and trafficking. This local initiative is particularly meaningful to us, as protecting children is deeply personal.
We’ve also partnered with the Beauty of Hope Candle, which donates 10% of revenue to combat human trafficking. Through these partnerships and initiatives, we strive to uplift and support the communities that have supported us.

From brides-to-be to anyone looking to feel their best, our services help transform not only appearances but also the way our clients carry themselves.
